Welcome! Here a little story...

I am a NYC based Costume/Fashion designer. I grew up in Colombia and came to the US about 6 years ago to pursuit my dreams of becoming a fashion figure. I studied fashion design in my country and then decided to give my life an exiting move! As a history lover I decided to mix the two things  love the most. It was then when I joined my career as a costume designer.

 

As a fashion enthusiast I love to follow and create trends; forever, as a fashion history lover I love to dig into the past and create something new. I am a Gabrielle Chanel admirer; in fact, I relate most of my style with her concept ideas of simplicity, elegance, classic and risky. Fun fact: my mother’s name is Gabriela.

 

I’ve gone through to several challenges since I came to the city so I hope you can feel related to all my fashion real life experiences and of course… All my experiences as an immigrant trying to fit into the fashion world.

 

I am a musician as well. I started my musical education since I was 5 in the Conservatory of my city. I play the violin and the piano!  I have too many favorite colors! Black, white, cream, red, emerald green, blue… It’s an impossible question to answer! my favorite food is sushi and I love romantic stories.
